I have some unfortunate news that I’m not happy to share with you.
Due to ongoing personal health issues, we are forced to drop off our current tour with All Time Low, The Ready Set and Paradise Fears. It’s been such an honor and a privilege to share the stage with such a talented group of guys, but due to a lot of things that have not been taken care of, my health, both physically and mentally, is getting to a very critical condition. My doctors thought it would be a good idea to throw me on a medication that has actually poisoned my system. They overmedicated me and now I am in the midst of recovering, having withdrawals, and trying to get myself stable.

I apologize for the incredibly bad timing and I hope to see you guys again on the road again someday. If it were just a cold I promise I would suck it up and yodel my way through this tour, but unfortunately every single doctor/nurse I have spoken with said I need to be monitored immediately.

Again, thank you guys so much for such an awesome opportunity and it was such a blessing to get to play even just a few shows with All Time Low. Everyone has been incredible to us and we couldn’t be more grateful. I appreciate all the support and love from you guys.

Hey Everyone-

I am writing this driving from the airport in Kansas City back to Seattle. As hard as it is to drop off this tour, we have to look out for Rachel’s long-term health and just put her on the next plane home. The fact that Rachel has been in such poor condition for months has been really hard. Seeing her miserable backstage hasn’t been easy to see. I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to meet so many of you and hear all these amazing stories from you guys. It is hard on Rachel to not only deal with the migraines, vomiting and more, but also to know she is she’s unable to meet all of you. We want her to get 100% healthy because like “Happily” says, “We all have a story to tell” and hearing every one of yours is very important to the both of us.

It is difficult to be this open and vulnerable, but it is crucial. Please don’t bottle up your emotions and feelings, everyone!!! Talk about it to those around you. Ask your friends how they are doing. Be real with each other. We have lost a lot of fans to suicide and know a lot of you struggle with cutting, depression, eating disorders, and low self-esteem just to name a few. Our band is called He Is We. That means we are all in this thing called “life” together. No one is better than anyone. No one’s feelings and wellbeing is less than anyone else’s. Please talk to someone. Ask for help! We are here for you guys and knowing you are here for us too is what keeps us going and makes this rough patch more bearable.

Thanks to each and every one of your fans for allowing us to grow to where we are and thank you again and again to All Time Low for such an amazing opportunity. If you pray, please pray for Rachel. If you send good vibes, please send good vibes. We are going to make the best album we can, get back on the road and focus on connecting with you guys one-on-one, like we’ve tried from the beginning.
